Users are unable to open Netwitness Support Cases via email. Please open support cases via portal or by phone
i'm trying to icrease the timeout for SSH session on Netwitness Appliances following the guide described HERE.
The procedure works for all the Netwitness Aplliances except for the NW Admin Server, because the default configurations (sshd_config and /etc/profile) are automatically reloaded.
Is there a way to prevent the NW Server from automatically reload this configurations?
