SA server not able to fetch node ID details

Hi all, 

 

We are using netwitness 11.1.0 but due to some log collection issue we were trying to remove and re-add the Log collector service in SA server. But now we are not able to add the log collector service in SA service page. 

 

So to add the service we are following below KB 

000035662 - How to add hosts or services back to the UI in RSA NetWitness Logs & Network 11.x 

 

But once i run command 

orchestration-cli-client -i -o <uuid_from_log decoder> -c LogCollector -b <IP_AdminServer>

It shows not able to deploy log collector on host. 

 

When i check for the list of node ID in SA server using below command

orchestration-cli-client -k

 

It is not showing list of node ID which is registered in SA server. 

 

and prompting error message  aborting, 

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Please help how we can fix this issue?

 

What are the troubleshooting steps to check all the node ID in SA server?

 

And how we can add log collector service in SA server without doing re-provisioning?
