Hi Matthew -

I had a customer ask if these session are geared toward the SA users (ie: hunters and analysts) or the operations folks (customers which are involved in the care and feeding of SA)?

Or, is there value for both audiences?

I am a TAM in the CS organization and my customers tend to be more on the Ops side of SA.

Thanks for asking.  The audience is really for both folks who manage the platform as well as use it for hunting and other analyst functions.  We will talk about both the products capabilities as well as aspects of the product administration....and the roadmap and customer needs in both areas.  The main SMEs from RSA that lead the discussion are our product managers.
