Agent Driver Error

Hi,

I have an issue with a multiple Agnets with the Driver Error Icon.

As i know, the RSA Live should solve this issue automaticlly, but for some reason in my case the errors still exist.

When i'm clicking on the Kernel Adaptation System tab, i got the attached pic.

Iv'e already checked the RSA Live on the UI, it's configured correctly.

What else can i try to do?

Can you check if KernelData.csv exists in your QueuedData folder please?

Yes, i can see the file. it's full of data.

Do you have a lot of end points with the Kernel driver error and how long have they had the error?

Hi Lazic,

So, the status has been changed.

When i wrote the first messsage, the status was 15 from 152 machines with driver error.

Now surprisingly, i have 21 from 152 with driver error, BUT all the machines appers as Offline!

Dose anyone have an idea what should be the problem?

Ok,

My last probelm solved by restarting the ConsoleServer.exe.

But still i have the first problem with the driver errors.

I will apriciate any help.
