Alert trigger when a device stop sending logs

Hi Everyone,

i want to configure an alert trigger in my mailbox when a device stops sending logs to SA, for that i configured the source type and the source IP in health and wellness > setting also i had configured mail server in email setting.

i am able to send report over mail but alert is not coming, will anyone suggest me that where is the problem or what setting/configuration i should check. Jonathan Saxonhuan zhouSergio Almeida

Can you provide some screenshots and further details on your Health & Wellness setup so we can verify it's setup properly?

Also note that alert emails / server is configured in the Global Notification setting under Administration -> System.  This is not the same email setup as for reporting server.  Please provide more details on your setup.

Hi Rajbir, Are u looking for creation of ESA alert when the device stops reporting.

I am looking also for a solution to detect a device that stops sending logs using ESA (EPL rule) and not (event source monitoring).
