Alerts page showing "Content store is offline" in RSA Security Analytics 10.5.2

Hi All ,

I'm getting an below error while accessing the configure page in Alerts:

What could be the possible reasons for this ?

Hi Pranav,

Check the below article:-

The issue is usually a problem with accessing the Mongo DB "tokumx". Restarting the tokumx service should fix the issue.
