Best Practices for Investigation Profiles and Meta Groups

With the Security Analytics default installation in investigation module comes no preset profiles or meta groups.

Does anyone have a good suggestion or can even send me practical examples of meta groups and profiles?

Did you, for each user role different profiles, or how do you do that?
