Recently did the version upgrade of the RSA to 11.3.2.0, Would like to know whether we have the option to add the notes to all the incidents selected while bulk closing them together. Is there any option to do this.
This capability does not exist in 11.3.2. I've gone ahead and created the idea within the Ideas portal - please feel free to up-vote and add commentary. This will help us track and determine priority for introducing this capability into the platform.
