i have configured the ip, netmask and gateway after that i tried to aceess SA server via browser by using its ip address but i got error 503, service unavailable.
powered by jetty.
can anyone tell me how to resolve this jetty error?

check the log under: /var/lib/netwitness/uax/logs, can upload?

Hi Adam/Patriot3w
There is no logs in /var/lib/netwitness/rsamalware/jetty/logs
And this directory
/var/lib/netwitness/rsamalware/spectrum/logs
is also not there.
Kindly refer screen shot.
And guide me what should I do?

Can you look in the directory he posted?

I dont see anything about Java on that one having issues. Are you sure Java is installed on that box? I have been involved in engagements where Java was not installed on the server...and I had to install it.

This jetty error sounds like a java issue.
