Clicking on the Pie charts has no action

I have noticed that just few days ago I was able to click on the pie chart slice and get into Investigation mode. It is not the case anymore. I see the "finger" cursor but clicking on the sector of the pie chart has no effect.

Do you have any clue?

Please forgive the obvious question, but I'm going to ask... have you cleared your cache or tried a different browser? Nothing should have changed in a couple of days. Everything is working as it should in my 10.6.3 environment and was working in 10.6.2 before that.

Are you on a machine with a touch screen? There seems to be a problem with Chrome and Firefox that if the computer has a touchscreen you can't drill into the dashlets with the mouse. Strangely it works in Edge, but then I think I remember seeing some other issues. On my setup if I access the same NW VM, but with the web browswer running on my home PC (with non-touch monitors) it works fine. Another work around is is you can actually touch the screen and the dashlet will work. It is a strange issue and googling around I found some Chrome threads where other websites had similar issues.

Sean, you are absolutely right. Switching to another browser has solved the annoyance.

Travis, thanks for taking time to reply. I have cleared the Firefox cache but it did not help. Switching to IE11 has solved the problem. I may need to restart Firefox.
