Custom Dashboard 'not enough permissions'

Having issues with a custom dashboard. Have imported the rules and charts, enabled them and set them to the appropriate broker. Charts and Rules were tested and permissions were set correctly. Uploaded the newdashboard.cfg file but get the error:

'You Do Not Have Enough Permissions to Perform This Action On Resource' on each of the chart boxes..

Any thoughts/resolutions?

I saw that on a system last week. Exporting and Importing dashboards works on the same SA Server - i.e. export one user's dashboards and them import them on the same SA Server under a different user. Exporting from 1 SA Server and importing into another SA Server gives the errors that you are seeing.

I have received a set of charts, rules and dashboards from RSA to import. Made sure to review the permissions on the rules and charts to verify they were correct and also the associated Role of the user, which was correct.

I'm wondering if it's something in the .cfg for the dashboard. Awaiting on word from RSA support in regards to this matter. Will update once corrected.

appears it was something in the .cfg file. Recreated the dashlets that were part of the dashboard (.cfg) and the permission issues were resolved.
