Hi all,
I work with version 10.6.1 of RSA Security Analitycs and I have configured its incident management module.
I would like to customize the notification (mail) associated to the creation of an incident with information related to the alert associated with it (e.g. source IP, destination IP, firewall action, etc.).
Can I also invoke this information in the notification template?
Currently I can only recall incident-related information such as creation date, summary etc.
