Hi,

i'm using ECAT Version 4.1.1.0 in my company.

when I'm trying to make an analyze on a file, i got the message 'Analyze Module Falied'.

there is a problem with the system configuration that not allowed me to run an analyze on modules?

Thanks,

Yossi.

Make sure that you have the proper path to where you are storing the files you download in ECAT in the "Files UNC Path" section of the ECAT UI Logon screen as shown below.  The example below is for the ECAT client on the ECAT server, so the path is local:

If you are not using the GUI client on the ECAT server, then you need to make sure the location is shared out on the ECAT server and put in that UNC patch in the "File UNC Path" section.  Example: \\servername\share
