Hello!

I have just installed new deployment of RSA SA (10.6.0) and I have this error when I try to work with rules:

"Error while fetching schema for given type: NWDB"

nwdb issue.jpg

I tried to restart appliences and services, delete and add services and hosts with no results. I also found these errors in log files.

2016-09-19 09:23:16,830 [Endpoint Service Resolver 1623608289] ERROR com.rsa.smc.sa.core.appliance.service.DefaultApplianceService - Failed to load appliance with id null
2016-09-19 09:23:16,844 [Endpoint Availability Resolver 1257305598] ERROR com.rsa.smc.sa.core.appliance.service.DefaultApplianceService - Failed to load appliance with id null

Do you have any idea, where else I need to search?

Hi Daria,

I have found similar cases in which the problem was with the Reporting Engine settings:

Administration > Services > Reporting Engine > View > Config > Sources

If everything is correct there (for example, sources IP addresses) could you try removing the data source and adding it again?

Giuseppe, thank you for your help, I readd all sources, reboot Report Engine service and now it  seems like all is ok.
