Error while running prepare-migrate.sh

Hi Team, 

The prepare-migrate.sh is being failed on the VLC with the following error. 

NwLogCollector_prepare_for_migrate: [ERROR] Error stopping file collection: Connect failed with error "Operation canceled" This command requires a connection to a remote service (e.g., see the login command)

Please suggest

Hello Gayathry,

this is probably because the VLC doesn't have enough resources to stop the process.

Refer to hardware requirements and modify your hardware accordingly: (search virtual log collector)

Virtual Host Setup: Basic Deployment 

If you would run "stop nwlogcollector" after 10 mins the process would be stopped.

Honestly I never seen prepare-migrate.sh on VLC, better you open Support case if any doubts!
