Exception in Session Time out for User

Hello All,

We had one requirement in our RSA netwitness for the Dashboard System(Monitoring Purpose).

We have set lockout period, session timeout etc in under Security->Settings but it is getting applied to all the users.

Can we provide exception to one user that it should not get lockout.

Hi Sanjiv,

I don't think we support any exceptions as of now. Any changes made under Security -> Settings will apply to all users in NW. Please raise an Enhancement ticket if you feel so after contacting with CS/PS.
