Failed to authenticate to SA console through AD credentials

No body from our team are able to authenticate using AD credentials
I have checked the AD configurations and tested the connection and it is showing successful over there.

And I also checked the External Group mapping even and i found them configured them same as earlier.

Please suggest what might be the issue.

Hi Gayathri,

 

Would you please check errors in /var/netwitness/uax/logs/sa.log when your External user login fails?

Hi Sravan, 

Thank you , while testing the connection from SA, i got to know that DC is not reachable from SA.

The issue was resolved after I changed the DC and applied the settings
