I'm installing a new Log Collector Service.
I followed the https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-101718 , already run the NWSETUP-TUI (successful), enable it thru Admin>host, Install it as Log Collector.
But after installing it, I cannot install the log collector, the service is color red.
I already did, netstat -an | grep LISTEN command and the port same LISTEN ports with the working Log Collectors. What else did I missed?
