For example I do not know what SA-SIEM-P-T1-B1 is referencing. I am wondering if the customer purchased an ESA device.
Is there a list of Material names to physical/virtual equipment?
Thanks for your help!
Respectfully,
John

What is listed is a maintenance SKU for the SIEM portion of RSA Security Analytics. Maintenance for a perpetual level @ Tier 1 of the throughput/day model. Which is counted in numbers of 50GB/day blocks. I don't know why a SKU would be used without an accompanying description. When licensing via the throughput/day model usage of the different components of SA (Such as ESA or Decoder or Archiver etc...) are not charged separately.
SA-SIEM-P-T1-B1 | Tier 1, Per 50GB SIEM BscMnt 1Mo |

Thanks, after your and Pat's explanations I have a much better understanding of what the customer has purchased. I appreciate you taking the time to explain it.

Matthew, your videos on the licensing were very helpful. Once I saw the Capacity reference table in the SA Scoping Calculator tool, it put it all in perspective and became more clear. Thanks again.
