How do I enable the new features in 11.7

I'm reading this document Enable New Features - NetWitness Community - 669105 and it tells me to read the document "Release Notes for RSA NetWitness Platform 11.7" to enable the new features in 11.7. I found a document that matched the title but it doesn't tell me how to enable the new features in 11.7

Why do you have to make your documentation so difficult to navigate????? Why can't it all be online in HTML form with a root document that is easily browseable and not have to open a PDF every 30 seconds to not get an answer.

And the documentation is so circular, I find myself looking at the same documents to not have my question answered.

Fully agree that documentation should be approved. 

There was always a HTML documentation for 11.7, but that seems to have gone.

If you select the 12.0 branch, you will see html documentation. Need to find out, why the 11.7 HTML is no longer available.

Now to your original question. I guess the title of the KB Article "Enable new features ...." is misleading.

When you navigate to this document it says "Start using new features". In fact there is nothing that needs to be enabled on this list.
