How do you update ECAT agents in the console in version 11.4.1?

I currently have hosts agents on 11.3.0.1 but would like to update agents to 11.4.1 using the netwitness console. These would be windows workstations - Win 10 and win7 and Macs as well as UNIX/Linux. Any link to the how-to I would appreciate.
