When Virtual console does not launch even after changing Plug-in Type to "java" in Virtual Console Preview->Settings page. This may give error as

This error is due to jp2launcher process is already running.
Resolution:
1. Open Windows Task Manager->Processes tab.
2. Find "jp2launcher.exe" process and end this process.
3. Click "Launch" button in Virtual Console Preview page which launches Virtual Console.
