Is it possible to rollback or downgrade RSA v.10.5 to 10.3.5? If yes, what are the drawbacks or impact?

There is no rollback / downgrade process, only way is to re-image the appliance.

10.3.x is EOPS, why do you want to downgrade? Any particular reason?

Actually we have started the upgradation process to the latest version. Firstly, we started manual upgradation from 10.3.5 to 10.4.1. After upgradation to 10.4.1, decoder and concentrator were in "halt" state even after troubleshooting. So finally we decided to rollback the process and downgrade the tool back to 10.3.5 to restart the upgradation process again.

 

Will it cause any impact? Is it the right procedure we are following? If not, what are the steps to move forward?
