Log Collector and Log Decoder Communication Issue

Have configured Syslog, Windows and SNMP log collection. Though, we are only able to see Syslog sources. Windows and SNMP are being collected by LC, see in Health & Wellness but getting following error.

An error occurred publishing to an AMQP channel: NO_ROUTE, exchange:windows, routing key: windows

What can be the reasons and how to troubleshoot it?

Please navigate to the VLC -> Config ->Local Collectors  and check if "file,windows etc" are selected under the "Collections" for the destination collector.

It was due to remote log collector. Initially, it was configured as remote log collector but was disabled later. Restarted the appliance and services, it worked then.
