Hi Everyone,
I have browse through all the forum but can't find the related discussion. First of all, the concentrator failed to aggregate, and I have reboot both decoder and concentrator devices but still no luck. Then I restarted both decoder and concentrator services, however the decoder service failed to start. To add thing worse, I can't reboot and putty into the decoder after that. Thanks.
