Trying to get the Mac agent installed and clients are receiving the below image.
Generally, we can deploy a PPPC profile or System Extension via our MDM (Jamf) to avoid these messages but I'm unable to find any documentation about this.
Also, the rsa_nw_11.5_endpoint_install_guide.pdf gives this command to verify the endpoint version:
grep a /var/log/system.log | grep NWEAgent | grep Version
This grep does not put any info from the system log. It appears the version is not written to this location.
How idea how to resolve these issues?
