NIC SFTP Install Error

When installing the NIC SFTP Agent we receive an error at the end of the installation that says it was unable to create the SFTP service, there is also an error that says it was unable to generate the public key. After checking the event viewer, it shows the error attached.

Attached is the RSA document we are utilizing for the install.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this error?

It looks like maybe you are installing version 8 based on the screenshot.  You have to install v3.7, that is the only version that will work.  I've successfully set this up over the past 2 weeks and its working fine with 3.7.

Ok, Thanks for the quick response Tim! I'll try the v3.7 install and see how it goes.
