I have observed that NWE 11.5.0.0 is not getting OS-Description details and other host detail on some of the Endpoint, due to which it not appearing in any Agent group.
any idea how to resolve this issue.

Maybe these agents are outdated? Try to upgrade them to 11.5.0.0 or higher

Under Host details following information is generated in Operating System Tab but but No OS Description
