"Cannot connect to system managment service" I am getting this error under groups section when choosing Administration > services.

I am getting this error at left side of Administrator>hosts and Services window.  When i creating a group and adding hosts under it it allows me to do so but when i switch the window or press refresh, the error is shown again and group vanishes from window.

Hi Pooja,

This is a common issue you may faced on 10.5.

Please follow the below methods.

Login on SA Head Unit via SSH

1. service rsa-sms stop
2. stop jettysrv

Wait for 30 to 60 sec

1. service rsa-sms start
2. start jettysrv

After doing this, you may not get the GUI immediately. Please wait for 4 min minimum to come-up GUI, or else you can run below commands.

telnet localhost 443

If you see connected output, that means you can access GUI.

Please let me know the result.
