We upgraded the version from 12.4.1.0 to 12.5.0.0. After the upgrade, we received a new home page with many custom widgets. However, when I try to configure anything, it doesn't work and displays an error :

This problem is happening only on my system. When I try on another system, the Respond server does not show as offline. If any other user logs into my system, they experience the same problem, but there is no issue on their own systems. What is the possible issue regarding this

Hi Bhavani, I had the same issue on my box and was able to resolve it by editing the hostname of the appliance under the hosts tab. Once I changed it to the IP address and rebooted, it seems to have gone away. There was no explanation to how/why this happens, but the hostname is connected to that service in a way that if you don't use the IP, those widgets will not operate.

Thank you for your quick response. However, on my side, the hostname is only showing with the IP address. I am facing this issue only on my single system.

I would highly suggest opening a support case as we may have a hot fix to address this issue. I found a couple of support cases that have similar issues with the respond server on 12.5.0. One of them mentioned a possible hot fix but is still being actively worked. By the sounds of it this may require more direct support troubleshooting to have this issue addressed.
