After my message in this post, I 've opened support case with the same problem

after this message that i have been provided sufficient privileges to see this page, i checked and i could see all documents on the page of RSA NW Orchestrator
but after i received email from support:
I've provided you with Partner access along with access to the Netwitness Orchestrator environment. Please sign out and delete the cookies/cached images of the browser you're using. if that didn't work, try Incognito mode. Also, please make sure to use google chrome, not internet explorer. And, if chrome didn't work, please try Microsoft edge. I'll be waiting for your confirmation on whether you can access the documentation or not.
