SA Updation/Upgradation Failed

Hi All,

While updating and upgrading the SA from 10.4.0.0 to 10.4.0.1 or 10.4.1.1 or to 10.5, I am facing the below issues while running the commands.

Please suggest how I can upgrade it.

Hi Deepanshu,

Have you tried manual update option.

Download the packages from download center. and upload the same in SA. after click on apply all file will be available in update repository.

Hi Priya,

I tried through this way, but after resolving the problem with the live account. Now I can see that the few updates are available for every component, but while doing updates below is the error which I can see while updating the component.

Kindly suggest, how I can resolve this and let the update run smoothly without any error. Thanks.

Deepanshu, Is the GPG key installed? make sure its installed.

Deepanshu, I was facing same error.

GPG key is unavailable that is:

rsa-sa-gpg-pubkeys-10.4.0.2.1185-5.el6.noarch.rpm

Please download it and install it. After that your problem will be resolved.
