Sasftpagent Error While Checking the Verboes Logs

Hi,

I am trying to integrate the MS IIS with RSA SA, but when I had entered the sasftpagent -v command on the event source cmd to check the logs status, I received the below error message in cmd console.

Does any one have a idea, what is this error is and how we can check whether the logs started processing or not.

Just check these things and confirm me as I think I got your problem,

1. Have you got error at the end of installation of sftp agent.

2. Check whether SA SFTP service is there at your windows services.

Hi,

Yeah I get the error message at the end of the installation, but when I clicked OKAY then the sasftp directory were created in the C:\.

Sasftp service was there in the services.

Refer to the screenshot for the error during the installation.

Same issue occurred when I was configuring, so I just uninstalled the sasftpagent from control panel and also Microsoft C++ distributive and installed latest version of Microsoft C++ distributive and I think it was 2660KB file and then installed SA sftp agent and it was successful.

NOTE: During installation it will ask to create directory just click 'no' for that.

The support also suggested me to re-install the MS C++ package and then check.

Let me do that and will come back with the status.
