How to check if logged in user is in particular group while applying DDE, means i need to check if user who is has created incident or logged in user is in Group1 then show these particular values in particular field. How to check logged in user group.
Also how can we check if logged in user has particular role, or which role is associated with logged in user. how to fetch that from Manage users while applying DDE
