We have a RSA security analytics server and the GUI interface is not working.
We found this KB 000031622 - Security Analytics Web UI becomes unavailable after 10.5.x upgrade that seems to be the same issue but when we tried to solve the issue restarting the rsa-sms service, it running for a few seconds and then it stops.
We checked other services and all seems to be ok except for puppet:
I don't know what means that message error and how to solve it, hope you can help. Kind regards.
