STIX Feed with Cert Auth

Is this possible?  

The only authentication I am seeing is user/password.  

Specifically this is for the US-CERT/AIS STIX Server

in 11.2 this is what I see

the certificate file upload seems to indicate you can upload a certificate (not sure if that allows you to authenticate with that certificate)
