Hi Kansihka,

If you are looking under Log Collector (service located on your Log Decoder), then you will not see syslog collection option. Syslog is by default enabled on Log Decoder service, when you start collection.

You will see syslog collection option in RLC (Remote Log Collector).

Not shown on Remote log collector. Not able to enable that service. Please provide both the solutions for RLC and log decoder.

In RLC, if you go to RLC->System->Collection drop down, can you see syslog collection there?.

Also, if you go to RLC->Explore->LogCollection, can you see syslog there?.
