Unable to take GUI on SA Server after initial netconfig.sh configuration

After initial configuration of the SA Server we are not able to take the GUI of the server. We are getting the below error as service unavailable.

Error Description:

Security Analytics server is unable to start. Please make sure all services are running and restart the Security Analytics server.

I have made sure that the host name doesn't have a numeric character and all services are running. The servers are RSA Configured.

Please verify SA server hostname with https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-49824 

Check if any error when you run puppet agent -t or check in /var/log/messages

The hostname is simply "rsasaserver"

you may try checking puppet agent -t output or  /var/log/messages in SA server
