Hi All,

Kindly let us know if there is any solution for Virtual Log Collector (VLC) will be in a red status in Netwitness Ver:-11.1.0.1, 

I tried to fix this issue using the following KB but no luck  :- 000029444 - Unable to configure a Virtual Log Collector (VLC) to push logs to a Local Collector on an RSA Security Analy…

To be noted all of them are for earlier versions, Is there any work around or a solution for this issue. We are facing this issue only after the upgrade.

Is your VLC behind NAT? What does the network look like between the VLC and the Log Decoder's Collector? Do you see any red log collectors when you go to the Services page? Are there two UI servers (Primary & Backup) in your environment? If so is this on the Primary or Backup server that you are seeing this red log collector?
