Hi Team,

 

We have deployed 3vlc's for our environment. But i am facing an issue with the vlc's, all of a sudden vlc's stop sending the events to the logdec and log con and similarly to broker service. This is happening very often and raised an RCA to RSA support but still there is no proper response. Does anyone having similar kind of issue like me? Please reply and suggest some troubleshooting methods if any.

Please provide more details:

1. VLC version

2. do you have any error in /var/log/messages ? (SA SRV + VLC)

3. if it is 10.4, do you have any issues with Puppet?
