I read the instructions for ESX host and vCenter event source configuration:

Both instructions are pretty much the same. The only difference is that, vCenter configuration gets logs from the vCenter itself plus all the ESX host connected to it. Can you confirm if this is the case? If so, I only need to follow just the vCenter event configuration gudie as it will also take care the ESX hosts on that vc. Is this correct?
