What is the best way to add IPs in iptables in NetWitness? I run a "service iptables status" on the destination server (SA Head) and the v11 ports are not listed (4505, 4506, 15671, & 27017). Our firewall team ensured that the ports are opened on the firewalls but we cannot connect. I read some articles on the portal and RSA does not recommends manual changes like this and is not supported. This was an older post but I was thinking maybe the process has changed over the years and wanted RSA perspective on the best approach for making this type of change. Thanks.
