The Investigator client is free with limitations (as freeware) if you are not activating it with a Broker/Concentrator. As freeware you need to activate it (it is free) but it has some limitations on the size of pcap you can import (2GB). Check the release notes: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-57318
