We cannot find the status of the JIRA Ticket ARCHER-93694 in our portal. With ref to Case no 01686003 JIRA ARCHER-93694 has been attached to the mentioned case, but it's not showing in the Engineering Requests tab. Please let us know where we can check the status of the JIRA ticket.

You can open a support case and ask the support team for the status of that JIRA ticket
