How do I activate my ECAT license from Download Central?
Resolution
The attached document entitled How to Activate the RSA ECAT License provides steps for downloading and activating your RSA ECAT license.
If a customer opens a support case requesting a new license file, support can alternately contact the licensing team directly on behalf of the customer.
You will receive two separate emails from RSA. One email will contain your RSA Download Central Login ID and temporary password. The second email will contain your product license serial number.
