Submit a Request
To submit an enhancement or feature request, all you need to do is to open a normal Technical Support case or submit a community idea via the following URL:

to request support for a new event source.
Approval Process
Enhancement requests are reviewed by Product Management for consideration in future releases. While every enhancement request is considered, there is no guarantee that an enhancement request will be incorporated in a future release. Should you wish to escalate, prioritize or receive an estimate on the expected delivery, please contact your RSA Sales team with the community idea.
After the enhancement request has been submitted, the Support case will be closed. Further progress is made by contacting Sales.
Event Source Updates
For some devices, newer versions are already supported through the latest Event Source updates. You should download and apply these first before submitting any enhancement request.
