Applies To
This article applies to RSA Link and myRSA users who already have an account but need to reset their password.
NOTE:This article does not apply to RSA employees. Employees should engage the RSA Link team for assistance with authentication issues.
Issue
I cannot remember my password for RSA Link and myRSA and therefore am unable to log in.
Attempting to log in to RSA Link generates the error message below.
Authentication Error
Your logon information is incorrect. Correct your logon information and try again, or contact the help desk or your administrator.

Resolution
Follow the instructions below to reset your RSA Link password using the
Forgot Password self-service portal.
The first two steps below can be skipped by navigating directly to https://community.rsa.com/forgot.
- Navigate to the RSA Link home page (https://community.rsa.com) and click on the Register Now button.

- On the Registration Portal, click on the Forgot your password? hyperlink next to the Email field.

- Type in the email address associated with your account and click on the CONTINUE button.

- You will then be presented with a confirmation message instructing you to check your email.

- Locate the email (which will be from SelfServiceRSA@rsa.com and will have "RSA Forgotten Password" as the subject) and copy the temporary password.

- Return to the RSA Link home page and click on the Log In button. (Shown in Step 1)
- Log in using the temporary password.
- You will then be prompted to create a new password, after which you will be logged in successfully to RSA Link.
