As of version 9.6, basic SNMP support is available for polling NextGen statistics as well as sending SNMP traps. This functionality is provided by an AgentX SNMP module.
Standard SNMP MIB-II support is available via standard Linux SNMP packages for all Netwitness appliances. MIB-II provides a great deal of functionality, exposing disk and network statistics, CPU and memory, etc. Visit this link for learning about MIB-II functionality.
Please note that RSA NetWitness does not provide technical support for MIB-II functionality, but rather only for our RSA NetWitness NextGen SNMP agent.
Refer to the knowledgebase article How to enable SNMP in RSA NetWitness NextGen 9.6 and above or in RSA Security Analytics for guidance on enabling SNMP support and the NetWitness SNMP MIB file.
