Issue
A customer is requesting an enhancement with the RSA NetWitness Orchestrator (Threat Connect), and NetWitness Support needs to open a Request For Enhancement (RFE) ticket.
Task
Note: The process for opening NetWitness Orchestrator (Threat Connect) RFE ticket is different than opening NetWitness Orchestrator (Threat Connect) support ticket via Threat Connect support portal.
Resolution
This section discusses how to open an RFE ticket for NetWitness Orchestrator (Threat Connect).
- Log in to RSA Jira, and click the "Create" button at the top.
- Create a new issue with the Project = ASOC, Type =Enhancement, and the Component =Orchestrator-TC - this categorization is very important.

- Give it a descriptive name if it is a non-Content-related product enhancement.
If it is Content Enhancement (eg. app requests, playbooks, dashboards, etc.), please prefix the NAME of your request with "[CONTENT]"
