Is there a utility that can be used to inject a sample log into Security Analytics for testing?

Resolution

You can run NwLogPlayer on a Log Decoder to inject a log into Security Analytics.

For example, to inject logs from log file to log decoder run the following command:

NwLogPlayer -f <log file>

You can run the following command for the usage guide:

NwLogPlayer -h

If NwLogPlayer is not installed yet, you can run the following command to install it:

yum install nwlogplayer
